A great mystery

Do you ever just watch people? Do you ever wander what happened to us as a human race? I was walking out of a grocery store the other day and an old man dropped a can good out of his bag. Of course I went to help him. Do you know what he did? He grabbed that bag like I was going to steal all of it from him! My heart was broke at the thought of scaring him. I picked up the can good put it in his bag. He looked at me like he didn't understand I was only trying to help and I didn't want to take his stuff. Quite opposite really. Unfortunately we are living in times where helping others and getting nothing in return is not existent. Period. Elders and children seem to have a soft spot in my heart. Because they do not deserve the treatment of greed and selfishness. No one does but that is our world. Me, me, me. And God forbid if feelings get hurt. But they can walk up and steal all your stuff out of your front yard. When we lost our power due to parents who did beat their kids. Then spanking become a thing of the past. Sometimes a good whoopin' is what a child needs and if you do it right you will only have to do it a few times. We gave these kids all the power. When they can call child protective services because they got in trouble because of something they did or because they were told "No." That is a problem. There are a lot of false reports made just so these kids can have their way. And that is exactly what they got. Their way. Now look at this mess we live in. That old man was terrified I was going to hurt him or take from him. There are a lot of key players in this instant gratification world. The Internet which I love to an extent. It can be positive and it can be negative. You can make yourself two feet taller and hundred pounds lighter. You can think you are talking to someone your age and the opposite sex but actually you are talking to someone who is same sex and 30 years older. And they have plans to hurt you if they ever get the chance. That is a dangerous place to be and a scary world to live in. When I was a child and star wars seemed so far fetched. but seems to me they knew more than what they were telling us. Now we are going to be having flying cars and uploading of peoples subconscious. It is my opinion that we are crossing lines in a God made universe. But the mass majority obviously have no boundaries. But while they are busy, busy, moving forward they have forgotten all the human kind morals. Love, compassion, empathy. Too busy thinking about the next big technology move then to think about what we could do for the people to feel loved and cared about. Until next time my friends.
